BEYOND THE CASTLE DOORS: A Soul Quest for the Holy Grail is a work of nonfiction, the essence based on an allegorical dream tale of a contemporary woman who becomes paralyzed and bedridden, for no apparent medical reason. In pain and despair, Eva surrenders to a Higher Power within, and entrusts a Knight and Lady Sophia, who take her on a journey back in time to a medieval castle. The Knight and Sophia, symbolic of the Sacred Masculine and Sacred Feminine respectively, guide and protect Eva during the trials, tribulations, and jubilations of the rich discoveries in the interior castle. All seven chambers of the castle, each representing an energy center of the body, have a lesson, a deadly sin, a fruit of the spirit, and a goddess who rules.

Just as Perzival sought the Holy Grail to heal the wasteland in the castle of the Fisher King, so does Eva seek the Holy Grail within the medieval castle, and ultimately within her own interior castle, to heal her soul. To find the Holy Grail, she must restore the Sacred Feminine within – long denigrated, repressed, oppressed, and buried, to balance the Sacred Masculine.

After her journey through the seven chambers and the achievement of balance, Eva’s physical health is restored along with her emotional, psychological, and spiritual self. She is then able to take her learning back to her own world, so it can reflect the balance she brings – to restore the earth back to the Paradise it was originally intended to be.

As it is without – so it is within.
